The Opportunity

This is a unique and exciting opportunity for an individual with exceptional relationship management and leadership skills to drive, develop and direct the School’s outstanding Executive MBA programme.

Reporting to the Associate Dean for MBA and executive Degrees, and working closely with stakeholders across the School, the Programme Director will be responsible for ensuring the EMBA continues to attract the best talent, and for leading the evolution of the programme so that it delivers a world class student experience, preparing them for leadership roles in a global business environment.

Credentials

The successful candidate will have excellent relationship management and programme development and delivery skills with a genuine passion for business education. You will be capable of attracting the highest quality applicants to a world class programme and committed to the excellence of the student experience and to innovation in higher education. You will bring experience of operational leadership and delivery to challenging targets, with the sophistication to work across a complex academic organisation. You will demonstrate the ability to inspire enthusiasm for, and ensure the implementation of, an ambitious educational agenda. A requirement for the successful candidate is a university degree.
