2014 EFMD Executive Development Conference

Hosted by: University of St. Gallen

The event will start on: 01 Oct 14 17:30
And will end on: 03 Oct 14 14:00

Location: St. Gallen, Switzerland

(EI)2 Exploiting/Improving AND Exploring/Innovating

If only it was as simple as applying a math formula; challenges for organisations regardless if they are a company, an alternative provider or a business school are simultaneously actual and new. There is a constant need for new capabilities within the organisation and on top of exploiting what you already are good at, exploring new ways to develop these capabilities, innovating with new ideas is also crucial in order to survive.

This conference aims at building on the experience of participants in the room, to collect and capture knowledge, to then interact amongst each other to share it. The aim is also to exploit as much as we can the “new” knowledge coming out of these interactions. In other words, this conference emphasises, therefore, this process rather than the content so that participants are offered a unique opportunity to share with peers from all over the world.

Target group
This conference is aimed at the professionals in the Executive Development sector, namely the business schools / alternative provider of executive education (executive development centres, consultants, network providers) as well as the clients (companies).
