09:30 – 10:45 The MBA Director as Coach - An Interactive Case Workshop
The session will present a concise summary of recent research on executive coaching in general, as well as coaching issues faced by participants in MBA and EMBA programs. Recommendations will be offered on how MBA directors can further develop their effectiveness as coaches for students. The session will end up with guidance for peer group discussions of MBA directors’ coaching experience, which can also serve as a model for peer group MBA/EMBA coaching under the supervision of an MBA director.
