3. Welcome and registration at the meetingTop

Registrations will take place at WU, starting on Sunday, 15 June from 16:00 until 18:30hrs and on Monday, 16 June from 8:30hrs onwards.
An informal walking dinner will kindly be hosted by WU on Sunday, 15 June starting at 18:30hrs to give participants the occasion to meet and network.
The conference sessions will start on Monday, 16 June at 09:00hrs and the meeting will end on Tuesday, 17 June around 14:30 hrs.
Participants will receive all conference related material and other necessary information upon registration at the hotel.

- Keep right at the fork and merge onto Wagramer Straße/B8.
- Continue to follow B8.
- Turn left onto Vorgartenstraße.
- Turn right into Trabrennstraße.

South
A2, from Graz, Klagenfurt, Slovenia (Toll road) –> WU Parking Garage:
- Alter at Knoten Wien Inzersdorf from A2 to A23 towards Prag/Handelskai
- Leave A23 and exit at Handelskai toward B14/Hafen Freudenau/Messezentrum
- Turn left onto Messezentrum/Handelskai/B14
- Follow the road towards Courtyard by Marriott/Parkhaus Messe Halle D
- Turn left into Meiereistraße
- Turn right into Vorgartenstraße and head towards Parkhaus D

Arrival by trains
Vienna occupies a hub position in Europe‘s international rail network. Intercity and international express trains connect the capital with all parts of Austria and with all major cities in Europe.

Train stations in Vienna:
Trains heading for Vienna mainly arrive at two different stations:
BahnhofCity Wien West (Westbahnhof) for trains arriving from Western Austria and Germany.
As Vienna Central Station (Wien Hauptbahnhof) is presently under construction, all other trains arrive at the station Wien Meidling.
To reach the stations, you can either take tram/underground (cost per ride: EUR 2,10) or a taxi (depending on the location of the hotel, cost will range from EUR 6,- to EUR 10,-).

Arrival by underground (U-Bahn)
Campus WU is located between the two U2 subway stations Messe-Prater and Krieau. The building LC is roughly the same distance from each of the two subway stations (a 5-10 minutes walk).
The eastern part of the Campus (Teaching Center, Student Center, Department Buildings 1 and 2, Library & Learning Center) can easily be reached from the subway station Krieau (exit Krieau).
The western part of the Campus (WU Executive Academy, Administration, Department Buildings 3 and 4, Library & Learning Center) is accessible from the subway station Messe-Prater (exit Messe).
Bus line 82A (Krieau) and streetcar line 1 (Prater Hauptallee) also stop close to Campus WU.

PLEASE NOTE that the fees have not increased since 2000, but we are obliged by European law to add 20% VAT, since the event is taking place in Austria.

Indeed please note that Momentum, the EFMD Conference Secretariat, is collecting only conference fees.
