1. Venue

All the sessions will take place at the WHU Campus of Düsseldorf:

There will be bus transfers organised between the Leonardo Royal Hotel Düsseldorf Königsallee and the venue. In case you need to reach the venue by yourself, please find below the directions.

Directions to the venue:
From the airport:
From the Dusseldorf airport you will reach the WHU in about 20 minutes by cab. With public transportation you take the S1 or S7 or the regional express train up to central station. The ride takes about 10 minutes. From central station you take the underground line U75 up to the station Kettwiger Strasse (see description traveling by railway and underground).

Driving (from the north):
Take A52 in direction Dusseldorf. Follow A 52/B1 until the end. This will lead you directly into Dusseldorf. Turn left on Grashofstrasse B7/B8, second turn right into Brehmstrasse (direction of Eisstadion/B8). Follow the course of street for approx. 5 kilometres and turn left into Erkrather Strasse. Take a U-turn at Am Bermeshau. The WHU campus is on your right.

Driving (from the south):
From A59 keep left at exit 21 – Dreieck Düsseldoorf-Süd to A46 direction Neuss/Düsseldorf. At junction keep right and follow the signs to Dusseldorf-Eller. Go straight on Deutzer Strasse/L85. Stay right on Im Turnisch, then keep left and follow Reisholzer Strasse which leads to Erkrather Strasse. The WHU is on the right side of the street.

Travelling by railway and underground:
Exit the train at Dusseldorf Central Station. Take the underground line U75 in direction Vennhauser Allee. Exit at the second station Kettwiger Strasse and take the exit Kettwiger Strasse. Follow Erkrather Strasse. After approx. 400m you reach the WHU at Schwanenhöfe.

Parking
On the grounds of Schwanenhöfe is a public parking garage. You may also park your car on Erkrather Strasse.

Fees cover attendance at the meeting, documentation, meals and refreshments, but do NOT include hotel accommodation. Hotel fees are to be paid directly to the hotel.

CANCELLATION POLICY FOR REGISTRATIONS:
Cancellations must be confirmed in writing. If MOMENTUM, the EFMD Conference Secretariat receives notice of your withdrawal before 31 October 2013, a cancellation administrative fee of 75€ will be charged. Thereafter, we regret that we are unable to refund any fees. However in such cases substitutes are welcome at no extra cost as long as EFMD receives notification of the name, title and address of the substitute.

Arrival by car
From North / Airport:
Motorway A 52 to Motorway A44 Direction Duesseldorf Airport, Exit Duesseldorf Stockum direction city center --> via Kennedydamm, Fischerstraße, Kaiserstraße and Berliner Allee turn right into Luisenstraße --> at streets end turn right into Friedrichstraße --> turn right at 2nd street Graf-Adolf-Platz.

From West:
Motorway A52, traffic circle Kaarst direction Duesseldorf. Via Rheinkniebrücke to Herzogstraße. Turn left into Friedrichstraße and turn right into Graf-Adolf-Platz.

Arrival by train
Duesseldorf Main train station is just 1.5 km from the hotel away. Hotel is reachable quickly and easily within 5 minutes via taxi or tram 704/709/719 direction city center. The tram station Graf-Adolf-Platz (3 stops from Main Train station) is 100 m from hotel entry away.

Tuesday 3 December 2013:
The dinner on the Tuesday 3 December 2013 at 19:00 will take place at the school. A bus transfer after the dinner will be organised to the Hotel.
