"We are preparing students for jobs that do not exist, using technologies that haven't been invented yet, for solving problems we don't know are problems yet." (DK Matai, Innovator)
That's why, our mission as a business school will never be the same again: schools should be creating men and women who are capable of doing new things, not simply repeating what other generations have done; men and women who are creative, discoverers and co-creators. Our role is to facilitate this co-construction, create a favorable context and provide all the needed resources for the learner to become autonomous and self-learners.
The learning experience of tomorrow has to be adaptive & customized, experience-based, cre-active and collaborative, hybrid, etc.
