Innovation through Partnership: Creating a Global Leadership Program at Microsoft benefitting leaders, the business and society.

During this webinar, Shannon Banks (Microsoft) and Matthew Farmer (Emerging World) will provide:
  1. Details around an innovative executive education programme that combines leadership development and corporate citizenship aims, leading to positive impact on business, society and leadership development.
  2. Clearer understanding of the action learning methodology and how it can be used for achieving real results while developing leaders and teams.
  3. Real lessons from collaborators (Microsoft internal L&D and Emerging World) who worked together over several years to design a highly complex, and ultimately hugely successful leadership development programme with clear return on investment.
Time will be made available at the end of the webinar for those who have specific questions related to the Excellence in Practice Award 2012.
