"Enabling Positive Futures at Old Mutual Wealth"

Target Group
This webinar is dedicated to both companies and L&D providers (Business Schools, Executive Education Centers/Consultancies).

The “Enabling Positive Futures (EPF) Programme” is a powerful example of the impact organisations can achieve through a dynamic relationship model we call “Trust-based Partnerships”.

Such partnerships create the optimum conditions to challenge assumptions and identify what must change. The result is a pathway to innovative learning solutions that deliver significant and measurable improvements in leadership effectiveness and business performance.

Old Mutual Wealth (OMW) is a full-service wealth management business, spanning financial advice, wealth management products, asset management and discretionary investment management.

In 2012, OMW set out to reimagine the Wealth Management Business. The goal was to transform from a standalone investment platform business and closed life company into a next generation wealth manager.

Accelerance was chosen to start the process of progamme design with a rigorous discovery phase to prioritise the business challenges. The achievement of these three outcomes was crucial to OMW’s strategic transformation:

  • Bringing to life our ‘One Organisation’ strategy
  • A true ‘Customer / Client Focus’
  • Enabling our people to be ‘Changemakers’

In this webinar, OMW and Accelerance will describe their unique approach, the specific challenges and the impact of this hugely successful collaboration, which was acknowledged with a SILVER Award at this years’ EFMD Excellence in Practice Award in the 'Executive Development' category.
