Aim: This presentation will review the collective responsibility for employability across Higher Education and explore the ways in which we can enhance the interconnections of stakeholders, more clearly articulate their responsibilities and improve the routes of communication. Employability is more than an employment outcome - it’s a mindset, a way of thinking, a framework for reciprocal success, but it requires mutuality and explicit understanding of the needs, wants and motivations of all parties.

Cancellation policy date: 16th October 2015
Cancellations must be confirmed in writing. If MCI, EFMD Conference Secretariat receives notice of your withdrawal before 16th October 2015, a cancellation administrative fee of 75€ + VAT will be charged. Thereafter, we regret that we are unable to refund any fees. However, in such cases substitutes are welcome at no extra cost as long as EFMD receives notification of the name, title and address of the substitute.
The EFMD Conference Secretariat has negotiated preferential rates in the following hotels: Rooms can be booked via the conference registration form.
Please note that you have until 17 October 2015 to make your reservation. After this date, the reservations will be processed upon availability and the discounted fees many not apply.

Cancellation Policy:
The individual would be liable in case of cancellation, no show or early departure. The individual cancellation deadline will be 72 hours prior to arrival. Cancellations and no shows within 72 hours from arrival will be charged the first night only.

By plane
Arrival in the Netherlands and travelling to Groningen
You will probably be arriving at Schiphol Airport in Amsterdam. From there, the easiest way to travel to Groningen is by train. Entrances to the underground train station are located at Schiphol Plaza, just a few minutes’ walk from the baggage-reclaim areas.
By train
The main railway operator in the Netherlands is Nederlandse Spoorwegen, abbreviated to NS. Follow the yellow signs ‘Naar de treinen’ (To the trains).
It is important to buy your train ticket before you enter the train.
For the train schedule, please check this website. There is direct train to Groningen from Schiphol. The journey is approximately 2 hours and 10 minutes.
We recommend that you take a taxi to your accommodation when you arrive in Groningen. There is a taxi rank outside the Central Station.
