Aim: Set the general scene of the labour market and its trends and determine the implications for the career services managers. After the presentation participants will discuss more in depth and in small groups the implication of these trends and will build scenarios (40 minutes discussion).

Plenary II: Strategy of Career Services
Aim: Approach the strategic importance of career services, how career services fits/is integrated into the general strategy of the school and its impact on the strategy. Participants will then continue to discuss in groups and share information on how career services are implemented and integrated in their own institutions (40 minutes discussion).

On May 17, 2010, Edurne became only the 21st person and the first woman to climb all of the fourteen eight-thousander peaks in the World. Her first 8,000 peak had been achieved 9 years earlier, on May 23, 2001, when she climbed to the summit of Mount Everest.
 
"Conquering the 14 eight-thousanders in the world has taught me the keys to lead a project successfully. My ​​expeditions have trained me as a mountaineer, as a person and as a team leader. During my session I will tell my story and offer a personal analysis that can be applied to any activity that demands high performance and team management".

During the workshop, participants will be have the time to discuss/share these best practices.

Cancellation Policy Date: 18th October 2013
Cancellations must be confirmed in writing. If Momentum EFMD Conference Secretariat receives notice of your withdrawal before 18th October 2013, a cancellation administrative fee of 75€ will be charged. Thereafter, we regret that we are unable to refund any fees. However, in such cases substitutes are welcome at no extra cost as long as EFMD receives notification of the name, title and address of the substitute.
