Registration will take place in the main entrance of the University of Ljubljana on Wednesday, 19th June 2013 from 17:30 – 19:00. Participants will receive all conference materials and other necessary information at the registration desk.

CANCELLATION POLICY FOR REGISTRATIONS
Cancellations must be confirmed in writing. If MOMENTUM, the EFMD Conference Secretariat receives notice of your withdrawal by 18 May 2013, a cancellation administrative fee of 75€ will be charged. Thereafter, we regret that we are unable to refund any fees. However, in such cases substitutes are welcome at no extra cost as long as EFMD receives notification of the name, title and address of the substitute.
 

4. Getting to & from HotelTop
We suggest taking a taxi from the airport. Joze Pucnick (Brnik) Airport Airport is 15 kilometers from the hotel.  If you take a taxi from the taxi rank in front of the airport it will cost about 35 euros. Nevertheless, there is some private transfer service that can get you to Ljubljana cheaper.

The University of Ljubjana usually cooperates with the GO-GREEN company concerning the transportation (taxi, transportation, transfers, buses...). Here are the contact details:

6. Hotel PaymentTop
The hotel fee must be paid directly to the hotel upon departure.
Requests for accommodation are handled on a first-come first-served basis. Participants are strongly advised to reserve their hotel room before 30 March 2013. After this date, hotel availability is no longer guaranteed. Rooms are available between 19 June 2013 (earliest check-in) and 22 June 2013 (latest check-out). All other dates are upon request and subject to availability.
