The Seminar has been designed to provide in-depth guidance on how to complete the different steps of the EQUIS accreditation process successfully. Participants will gain detailed insights on how to compile a Self-Assessment Report, how to organise an effective Peer Review Visit and how to manage the post-accreditation phase including the write-up of progress reports. The objective of the seminar is to move distinctly beyond the EQUIS documents and to let participants gain first-hand insights into the Do’s and Don’ts when managing an EQUIS accreditation project.
The Seminar is targeted at institutions already awarded eligibility or accreditation. It is relevant for Accreditation Officers (EQUIS Project Leaders), Deans and Associate Deans in charge of accreditations.
Participants must already possess a good working knowledge of the EQUIS system, which requires at the very minimum the careful study of the EQUIS documents (Standards & Criteria, Process Manual, Process Manual Annexes) before arriving in Brussels. School representatives looking for an introductory overview of the EQUIS system are explicitly discouraged from registering for this Seminar.
Participants need to use the online preregistration form if they wish to attend the seminar. Following receipt of participant details, the EQUIS office will send an email informing whether the registration will be accepted.

Fees cover attendance of the Seminar, documentation, meals and refreshments, but do NOT include hotel accommodation. Hotel fees are to be paid to the different hotels upon departure (please refer to the Hotel Information Section below for more details).
Please use the online pre-registration form to register. A maximum of 25 participants will be admitted to the Seminar in order to enable close interaction with the Seminar leaders and speakers. Registration will close as soon as this number has been reached. A maximum of two representatives from the same institution will be admitted to this Seminar.
Cancellations must be confirmed in writing. If we receive notice of your withdrawal before 7 September 2015, a cancellation administrative fee of 90,75€ (21% VAT included) will be charged. Thereafter, we regret that we are unable to refund any fees. However, in such cases, substitutes are welcome at no extra cost as long as EFMD receives notification of the name, title and address of the substitute.

Accommodation is not included in the Seminar participation fee.
The EFMD preferential rate with the Four Points by Sheraton Brussels for this event is for the nights of 16-19 September:
