Sharing Best Practice CLIP Workshops - free of charge for Members

A series of highly focused peer-based discussion groups centred on key issues of concern to the community.

These workshops draw on the experience gained through the CLIP quality assessment peer reviews. Each workshop is hosted and led by the Chief Learning Officer of a company that has gone through the process and is facilitated by the EFMD CLIP review team leader. The topic usually reflects a point of excellence within the hosting company. Two or three CLOs from other CLIP companies are also invited to contribute additional examples of good practice and to engage in an interactive discussion with the audience.

The one-day workshops are highly interactive, with “food for thought” inputs from the hosting company, short descriptions of solutions that work by other panel members, challenging questions, and an opportunity to learn from the accumulated learning within the EFMD community. The workshops will often be kicked off the night before by a keynote speaker on major trends, followed by a dinner and a wonderful opportunity for networking.

The workshops are free of charge for EFMD company members who meet the participation criteria, which will be specified for each workshop. A few places for non-members are available for discovery of EFMD services, offered by invitation only.

Workshop outputs will be summarised and circulated to participants and EFMD will periodically publish reports for distribution among its membership.
