In this webinar, Sapna Arora (ArcelorMittal) and Steven Pritchard (TMA World) will:
- Describe how training has been used as a mechanism to up skill a large geographically dispersed management population, whilst simultaneously supporting organisational alignment.
- Show how to establish, structure and manage a global delivery team operating in very diverse geographical and cultural environments. (The 6C’s of Global Collaboration)
- Illustrate the use of continuous improvement as a mechanism for ‘staying ahead of the game’ and keeping training focused on relevant issues.
- Demonstrate the successful migration of a corporately financed funding model for training (push), to regionally driven and funded training by local businesses (pull), whilst maintaining the ‘global brand mark’.
Presenters
- Sapna Arora, Global Training Manager, ArcelorMittal University, ArcelorMittal, LU.
- Steven Pritchard, Director Global Accounts, TMA World, UK.
