Philips Octagon – A Partnership for Leadership Excellence and Innovation.

Since 2005, Philips, Wharton and the Center for Creative Leadership (CCL) are working together to deliver Octagon, Philips’ leadership development program for Top Potentials.

This webinar will have 3 learning objectives:

1. Discover how to build a leadership development program that integrates strong strategic business skills (what leaders should do) as well as effective behavioural leadership skills (how they should do it)
2. Learn specific ways to effectively manage complex, global, multi-partner design and delivery teams
3. View the design plan for an Innovation program that has generated significant ROI and that corporate leaders see as a “smart business investment” rather than a “training expense”

Time will be made available at the end of the webinar for those who have specific questions related to the Excellence in Practice Award 2012.
