Cancelation Policy
Cancellations must be confirmed in writing. If we receive notice of your withdrawal by 29 February 2012 a cancellation administrative fee of 75€ will be charged. After this date, we regret that we are unable to refund any fees. However, in such cases substitutes are welcome at no extra cost as long as EFMD receives notification of the name, title and address of the substitute.

Maastricht is within easy reach from several countries in Europe by plane. The airport is close to the A2 highway, about ten kilometers from the city center. Ryanair offers direct flights to Maastricht from Italy and Spain.

At the airport there is a shuttle service to the central railway station in Maastricht-city. This service is connected to the arrival-flights of Ryanair.

A bus ticket from the airport to Maastricht City Centre is € 2,50. Veolia bus line 59 takes you to Maastricht central station. At central station bus line 3 (direction ‘Wolder’, takes you to the conference location: Maastricht University School of Business and Economics)

Reservation Conditions
Requests for accommodation are handled on a first-come, first-served basis.
Rooms are available between 27 March (earliest check-in) and 31 March 2012 (latest check-out). All other dates are upon request and subject to availability.

• For cancellations received before 29 February 2012 : no charge will occur.

5. Tourism Top

Public transport from Maastricht Central Station to Maastricht University SBE:
The easiest way to reach the Maastricht University School of Business and Economics is by public transport.
Take the train to Maastricht Central Station (CS).
From there you can take bus numbers 3, 4, 9 and 12 (at night time or very early in the morning take bus numbers 21, 28, 29 and 32).
You can tell the bus driver that you need to get off the bus at bus stop "Tongersestraat"; he will warn you at the appropriate time.
The bus stop is across the street from the main entrance to the School.

Parking is difficult in the vicinity of the conference location. There are a number of paid parking places on the Tongersestraat. Our advice is to park your car at the parking lot of your hotel.
