Requests for accommodation are handled on a first-come, first-served basis. We strongly advise all participants to reserve their hotel room by 15 January 2012. After this date, hotel availability and rates are no longer guaranteed. Rooms are available between 29 February (earliest check-in) and 03 March 2012 (latest check-out). All other dates are upon request and subject to availability.

Cancellations of hotel bookings must be sent in writing no later than 31 January 2011 to the Conference Organiser,
by Email: efmd@momentum-pco.be or by Fax: +32 16 40 35 51.

Cancellation Conditions
  • For cancellations received before 31 January 2012 : no charge will occur.
  • For cancellations received between 1 and 14 February 2012 ; one night will be charged on the credit card given.
  • For cancellations received as of 15 February 2012; the entire stay will be charged on the credit card given.

Registration will take place in the main lobby of ESMT – European School of Managelent and Technology on Thursday, 1st March 2012 from 08:00 – 09:00.
Participants will receive all conference materials and other necessary information at the registration desk.

CANCELLATION POLICY FOR REGISTRATIONS:
Cancellations must be confirmed in writing. If MOMENTUM, the EFMD Conference Secretariat receives notice of your withdrawal before 1st February 2012, a cancellation administrative fee of 75€ will be charged. Thereafter, we regret that we are unable to refund any fees. However, in such cases substitutes are welcome at no extra cost as long as EFMD receives notification of the name, title and address of the substitute.

Rates for a double room (single use) are 96€ for a standard room, 106€ for a comfort room and 139€ for a deluxe room. Rates for a double room are 114€ for a standard room, 124€ for a comfort room and 157€ for a deluxe room.
Rates are per night and include breakfast & taxes.

B) Arcotel John F
Rates for a double room (single use) are 118€for a comfort room and for a double room are 138€ for a comfort room.
Rates are per night and include breakfast & taxes.

C)The Regent Berlin
Rates for a double room (single use) are 265€ for a superior room and 300€ for a superior room.
