Development of a regional quality assessment system
The joint effort of EQUIS experts and local experts selected by AMDISA and ASLIM will result in the elaboration of a quality assessment methodology that takes into account the regional context while meeting the international standards.

Training of a team of experts
The experts will gain in-depth knowledge of newly customised quality assessment methods and procedures. Specific training will be provided at regional centres and a selected group will get first hand practical experience of EQUIS methodology as they will participate to the audit of an EU business school.

Testing of the methodology
The testing of methodology will take place during the self-assessment and external audit of four pilot schools, selected jointly by AMDISA, ASLIM and efmd. This exercise will also serve as practical training for local experts, under the guidance of the EU colleagues. It will also allow the partners of the project to fine-tune the tools used for quality assessment, taking into account the specific feedback from experts and schools, as well as EU experts.

Dissemination
Through dissemination, the project aims at gaining the commitment to the structural approach to quality improvement in the sector from other stakeholders.
