The overall objective of the project is to promote co-operation and exchanges between European and South Asian Management institutions.
The project will contribute to the improvement of quality in management education in the South Asia region through the:

• transfer of European experience in the field of quality assessment
• training of quality experts on international quality standards
• general improvement of Business School quality through audits and implementation of quality improvement systems initially within pilot schools and subsequently among other members of AMDISA and ASLIM
• enhancement of co-operation, discussion and research related to specific regional issues among academic institutions in Europe and South Asia.

The goal is not to transfer a system but to build a common quality initiative, taking into account and integrating the diversity of the region with the best practices of Europe.

With tools and resources for the quality assessment and improvement as well as the support of the main stakeholders in the management education sector in South Asia, the Asian partners will be in position, in the future, to launch a sustainable regional accreditation system.
