  • The first is to be a networking organisation providing events and opportunities for people involved in management development to interact with one another on different themes, and also to enable bridge-building between business schools and corporations.
  • The second focuses on the issue of quality – we help our members with continuous quality improvement. To do this, we have established EQUIS - the European Quality Improvement System and EPAS - the EFMD Programme accreditation System for business schools. CLIP - the Corporate Learning Improvement Process is a quality assessment service for corporate universities, while universities and CEL is the EFMD programme accreditation for technology-enhanced learning for both business schools and corporate universities.
  • Thirdly, EFMD acts as a leading advocate and lobbyist for its members and the management education profession via continuous dialogue with leading institutions such as the European Commission, UN Global Compact, UNDP and World Bank / IFC.
