These Seminars are offered sequentially, giving participants the opportunity to register for one or both events.

Theme

  • Interpretation and practical application of the Standards and Criteria
  • Understanding the key stages of the accreditation processes
  • Preparing an effective Self-Assessment Report and Peer Review Visit
  • Presentation of the EQUIS & EPAS documents

Target Group
The seminars are targeted at institutions considering applying for EQUIS or EPAS accreditation and those holding active eligibility wishing to get a better understanding about the system. They will be relevant for Deans and Directors, Associate Deans, Directors of major programmes, Directors of External Relations and Accreditation Officers. Peer Reviewers are encouraged to attend as well, in order to receive an update on the most recent developments within the EFMD accreditations.

3. Fees and paymentTop

Fees for participation in one Seminar (EQUIS or EPAS)

  • 840€ (700€ + 20% VAT) FULL members of EFMD
  • 960€ (800€ + 20% VAT) AFFILIATED members of EFMD
  • 1.080€ (900€ + 20% VAT) non members of EFMD
Fees for participation in both Seminars (EQUIS and EPAS)
  • 1.260€ (1.050€ + 20% VAT) FULL members of EFMD
  • 1.440€ (1.200€ + 20% VAT) AFFILIATED members of EFMD
  • 1.620€ (1.350€ + 20% VAT) non members of EFMD

Fees cover attendance of the seminar(s), documentation, meals and refreshments, but do NOT include hotel accommodation.

INDIVIDUAL CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancellations must be confirmed in writing. If MCI EFMD Registration and Housing Office receives notice of your withdrawal before 3 May 2016, a cancellation administrative fee of 90€ (75,00€ + 20% VAT) will be charged. Thereafter, we regret that we are unable to refund any fees. However, in such cases substitutes are welcome at no extra cost as long as EFMD receives notification of the name, title and address of the substitute.

The city tax will be paid by the guests upon check-out.

Please process your own booking through the hotel website by inserting the code "EEESS " in order to access the rate and terms of the group. Participants have until 25th April 2016 the latest to process their booking. After this date, reservations will be processed upon availability and the discounted rate may not apply.

Cancellation policy: For cancellations received as of the moment of the booking until 2 weeks prior to arrival, the first night deposit will not be refunded. For cancellations received less than 2 weeks prior to arrival, the full stay will be charged.

Participants who register for the EQUIS Accreditation Seminar are invited to join the networking dinner on Monday 23 May 2016 at 19:00.

Participants who register for the EPAS Accreditation Seminar are invited to join the networking dinner on Tuesday 24 May 2016 at 19:00.

Participants who register for both seminars are invited for both dinners.

Details about the dinner venues will be confirmed by email in due course.
