In 2007, HSBC identified a need to further strengthen the organization's consulting competency in the IT organization. Because of prior experience, they approached LFGSM to collaborate on a program that would take IT professionals to the next level.

We will discuss how these organizations worked together to create a program that has been ongoing for four years, how the program has made a difference for HSBC, and the lessons learned through this process.

Learning Objectives:

  1. How LFGSM faculty worked collaboratively to meet the business and learning needs of HSBC
  2. How collaboration on the design and development of the program ensured that learning and business objectives were met and that the program tied into other HSBC initiatives
  3. What results were achieved and other ways the partnership presented itself
