Fees cover attendance at the meeting, documentation, meals and refreshments, but do NOT include hotel accommodation. Hotel fees are to be paid directly to the different hotels upon departure (please refer to the Hotel Information Section further down for more details).

CANCELLATION POLICY FOR REGISTRATIONS:
Cancellations must be confirmed in writing. If MOMENTUM, the EFMD Conference Secretariat receives notice of your withdrawal before 16th October 2011, a cancellation administrative fee of 75€ will be charged. Thereafter, we regret that we are unable to refund any fees. However, in such cases substitutes are welcome at no extra cost as long as EFMD receives notification of the name, title and address of the substitute.
Getting to and from HotelTop
We suggest taking a taxi from the airport. Bus transportation will be provided for the participants from the Portswood Hotel to the conference site, except for registration on Tuesday, 1st November 2011.

Hotel payment & RatesTop
The hotel fee must be paid directly to the hotel upon departure.
Requests for accommodation are handled on a first-come first-served basis. Participants are strongly advised to reserve their hotel room before 15 September 2011. After this date, hotel availability and rates are no longer guaranteed. Rooms are available between 31 October (earliest check-in) and 4 November 2011 (latest check-out). All other dates are upon request and subject to availability.
Hotel cancellation policy
For cancellations received by 15 September 2011: no charge will occur. For cancellations received between 16 and 30 September 2011, one night will be charged on the credit card given. For cancellations received as of 1 October 2011 or in case of no-show, the entire stay will be charged on the credit card given.
We have negotiated preferential rates with the Portswood Hotel (located in Cape Town) and with the Bellvista Lodge (on the campus) of the University of Stellenbosch Business School):

Rates are 1212 ZAR for a single room and 1616 ZAR for a double room.
Rates are per night and include breakfast & taxes.
ZAR=South African Rand - B) Bellvista Lodge
Rates are 635 ZAR for a single room, 715 ZAR for a double room and 830 ZAR for a twin room.
