The School aims to develop the leadership potential of Senior HE Managers involved in major APAC and European strategic partnerships. During the programme, they will learn about:

- the governance and management approaches associated with strategic partnerships, including frameworks for assessing risk and ensuring quality;
- the impact of global strategic partnerships on professional services in universities (e.g. HR, IT, Finance).
Themes
The programme is designed around the following key themes:
- Global and other geopolitical changes in higher education
- Decision-making processes
- Institutional Brand management
- Student engagement
- Risk management (reputation, finances)
- Quality assurance
Participants will gain experience in making informed choices during decision-making processes for large partnerships.
The Asia-Pacific School leverages the combined experience of EFMD and HUMANE, offering unique insight into generic issues and challenges as well as access to examples from a wide range of different national higher education systems across Europe and further afield.
Who can apply?
The School is a residential programme for fast track Middle to Senior-level Managers in higher education from across the APAC region and Europe.
