In innovation research and practice, the role of the customer has been widely discussed in terms of customer as a resource, customer as a user and now, more often, customer as a co-creator. In this session we will take the first step to emphasize with the customer and developing innovative products and services through creativity. We will challenge you to open your minds to think differently towards your target groups and share these ideas with your colleagues in the room. Ready to be creative?
