Cancellation Policy Date: 26 January 2012
Cancellations must be confirmed in writing. If Momentum, EFMD Conference Secretariat, receives notice of your withdrawal before 26 January 2012, a cancellation administrative fee of 75€ will be charged. Thereafter, we regret that we are unable to refund any fees. However, in such cases substitutes are welcome at no extra cost as long as EFMD receives notification of the name, title and address of the substitute.
Fees cover attendance at the meeting, documentation, meals and refreshments, but NOT hotel accommodation.
Indeed please note that Momentum, EFMD Conference Secretariat, is collecting only conference fees. Hotel fees are to be paid directly to the chosen hotel upon departure.

The airport is close to the A2 highway, about ten kilometers from the citycenter.
By Shuttle
At the airport there is a shuttle service to the central railway station in Maastricht-city. This service is connected to the arrival-flights of ryaniar and Volareweb.
By Bus
A bus ticket from the airport to Maastricht City Centre is € 2,50. Veolia bus line 59 takes you to Maastricht central station. At central station bus line 3 (direction ‘Wolder’, takes you to the conference location: Maastricht University School of Business and Economics)
By Taxi
There is a Taxi stand at less than 50 meters from the passengers terminal. The price is about € 25 to get to Maastricht. It takes you in approximately 20 min to the city centre.

The airport train station is located below the terminal (basement level-1). The express-train (direct train connection) takes you in 80 minutes to Maastricht Central Station.

Taxis with a taximeter are permanently available in front of the arrivals hall. Licensed taxis can be recognized by the blue and yellow emblem.

4. Accommodation InformationTop
Requests for accommodation are handled on a first-come, first-served basis. We strongly advise all participants to reserve their hotel room by 15 January 2012. After this date, hotel availability and rates are no longer guaranteed. Rooms are available between 04 March (earliest check-in) and 07 March 2012 (latest check-out). All other dates are upon request and subject to availability.
Cancellations of hotel bookings must be sent in writing no later than 31 January 2011 to the Conference Organiser, by email at efmd@momentum-pco.be or by fax at +32 16 40 35 51.
Cancellation Conditions:
- For cancellations received before 31 January 2012 : no charge will occur.
- For cancellations received between 1 and 14 February 2012 ; one night will be charged on the credit card given.
- For cancellations received as of 15 February 2012; the entire stay will be charged on the credit card given.

5. TourismTop

Public transport from Maastricht Central Station to Maastricht University SBE:
The easiest way to reach the Maastricht University School of Business and Economics is by public transport.
Take the train to Maastricht Central Station (CS).
From there you can take bus numbers 3, 4, 9 and 12 (at night time or very early in the morning take bus numbers 21, 28, 29 and 32).
You can tell the bus driver that you need to get off the bus at bus stop "Tongersestraat"; he will warn you at the appropriate time.
The bus stop is across the street from the main entrance to the School.
Parking
Parking is difficult in the vicinity of the conference location. There are a number of paid parking places on the Tongersestraat. Our advice is to park your car at the parking lot of your hotel.
